 It is expected to move northwestwards today. This low pressure area will change into a cyclone by 24 May. With this, it is likely to hit the coastal area on 26 May.

According to the current conditions, the cyclone is likely to hit the coast of Bengal-Orissa. The Meteorological Department, in its report, did not let the fishermen go fishing in the sea during this period.

According to the Meteorological Department, the weather will be mainly clear in all the districts including the capital Ranchi on Saturday. 

With this, the maximum temperature can increase by two to three degrees. At the same time, light to moderate rainfall was recorded at some places in the state during the last 24 hours. 

The highest rainfall in the state was 66 mm of rain recorded in the peg. The highest maximum temperature was recorded at 39.5 degree Celsius in Jamshedpur.
 The lowest minimum temperature in the state was recorded at 21.2 degrees Celsius in Chaibasa.
